New Ordering & Shipping Info + 10% Off Summer Sale

Dearest Family of Self-Healers,

Can you believe that 3 months have gone by already???!!! I am amazed... shocked more like it... to be honest!! Time flies faster and faster every year it seems, doesn't it?!

I know many of you have been counting weeks or days :) until we go live again with our 10% off ALL-INVENTORY Summer Sale this time of year! And only one more sale to go before the year is over...

We have some important ordering and shipping information to share with you to clear up any questions you might have and to make the shopping experience easy and smooth:

1) The "Free shipping" code is dis-engaged when there is an all-inventory sale.

2) International shipping might have a higher shipping fee than has been calculated by our website (depending on country & weight) and you might get an email alerting you to the difference and the chance to change the order status (yay or nay).

3) Some of you do not like to use credit cards or prefer not to order online. We can appreciate that and we will accommodate you. Just give us a call at 415-497-5141.

4) If you are using the PayPal platform, please be advised that it has become trickier to navigate. Make sure to check the accuracy of your address and phone number to avoid having it send to an invalid address.

Also, after you placed your order, you can not clearly see if your order was received by us. If in doubt, please call us to check if your order has gone through since PayPal charges us the fee regardless of the fact that we credit the entire amount back to you because the order went through twice! Totally out of integrity and makes me think to discontinue the platform sometime soon! I will check-in with all of you to get feedback before I cancel it...

You can always use the "Pink Button" which is directly through our website where you can pay with a credit card and make changes to critical information..all on the same page!

Ok, back to business...

5) It's with a heavy heart that we are raising the minimum ordering amount to receive free shipping in the future, to $150 (for the no-sale times when you are invited to use the free shipping code).

USPS has gone up significantly in the last couple of years and we have been struggling a bit to cover our direct cost to the post office with the amount we have been charging our customers. Long-term not sustainable of course :(

We hope you understand and know in your heart that we are doing everything to keep shipping as affordable as possible.

6) We sometimes run out of a product but usually have it back in stock within days, ready to go out to you.

7) Orders will go out in the order they came in; please keep in mind that the volume at sales goes way up (Yay:))) and the delivery time to you is a wee bit longer! We try hard to get it to you in a timely fashion for sure!

We love and appreciate having you as our customer and we are learning (and keep on learning) to give you the best support possible in terms of online shopping as well as support via phone or emails.

Having said that, Rupam gets hundreds of emails daily and if you want to connect with her sooner than later, please give her a call (best Tuesday through Thursday) at 415-497-5141 instead of emailing her! 

And remember she offers a free 15 minutes phone check-in regarding consultations, the use of our products or dental/health questions in general :)
